Andrew Buckingham

Director

Andrew launched AJ Buckingham and Associates in July 2010 after building his experience working with a range of medium firms along with a Senior Manager role at a Second-tier firm HLN Mann Judd.

A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), he is a registered Tax Agent, SMSF Auditor and Xero Certified Practitioner.

Specialising in accounting and management, business advice, asset protection and tax-effective strategies, Andrew is always willing to listen and offer his advice  when supporting clients as they progress towards achieving their financial goals.

Outside of raising his two children, Andrew enjoys golf, cycling and visiting the beach. He is a proud
supporter of the Carlton/Blues.

Ross Woodham

Consultant

Ross joined AJ Buckingham and Associates in February 2019, after merging clients from his own company RN Woodham & Associates, which he ran for over 35 years. He is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) as well as a qualified, registered Tax Agent and Xero Certified Practitioner.

Sheridan Buckingham

Practice Manager

Sheridan has a Bachelor of Management (Tourism and Marketing) from the University of Ballarat and more than 20 years of experience as an administrator, marketer, and operational supervisor, comprising over a decade in the travel and tourism industry before joining the business in 2012.

Fiona Powell

Accountant

Fiona joined the team in July 2016 and continues to build her skills as a Xero Certified Chartered
Accountant. She has many years of accounting experience in private practice and experience working
at the Australian Taxation Office.

Gladys Setiar

Virtual Assistant

Gladys is a certified Xero expert with a strong academic background. In 2018, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Management Accounting from the prestigious University of San Jose Recoletos in the Philippines. Since then, she has accumulated five years of experience in management reports and analysis, as well as inventory control.

Claire Pamonag

Virtual Assistant

Claire is a Cum Laude Accountancy graduate from the University of San Carlos with over four years of experience in payroll, billing, and admin support. She’s detail-oriented, results-driven, and proficient in spreadsheets. Outside work, she enjoys fashion, city lights, and quality time with loved ones.
