Ross joined AJ Buckingham and Associates in February 2019, after merging clients from his own company RN Woodham & Associates, which he ran for over 35 years. He is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) as well as a qualified, registered Tax Agent and Xero Certified Practitioner.

A consummate professional with over 50 years of experience in accounting, business and succession/estate planning, Ross is extremely dedicated and held in high regard by his loyal clients and peers.

Ross has three children and five grandchildren. When he is not working or with family, he spends time playing tennis and golf. You’ll also find him supporting the Kangaroos/North Melbourne.

Sheridan has a Bachelor of Management (Tourism and Marketing) from the University of Ballarat and more than 20 years of experience as an administrator, marketer, and operational supervisor, comprising over a decade in the travel and tourism industry before joining the business in 2012.

Clients note Sheridan’s friendly and helpful manner. She takes care of administration, office management, HR, corporate compliance, and marketing for the business.

Sheridan enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and enjoying time with her two daughters.

Fiona joined the team in July 2016 and continues to build her skills as a Xero Certified Chartered Accountant. She has many years of accounting experience in private practice and experience working at the Australian Taxation Office.

Clients contact Fiona for bookkeeping and accounting needs, including preparation of financial statements, all forms of tax returns, Business Activity Statements (BAS), Monthly/Quarterly Management Accounts, establishment of Xero files and processing/maintenance. They rely on her friendly manner and ability to build lasting relationships.

When she’s not at work, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family. She can often be found reading,
watching movies or working on her latest patchwork quilt.

Gladys is a certified Xero expert with a strong academic background. In 2018, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Management Accounting from the prestigious University of San Jose Recoletos in the Philippines. Since then, she has accumulated five years of experience in management reports and analysis, as well as inventory control.

Having joined the business in December 2022, Gladys currently plays a vital role that encompasses various tasks related to bookkeeping, administration, and corporate compliance duties. Her skills in analysis, accounts receivable and payable management, and critical thinking are highly valuable in her position, and she efficiently utilises her knowledge of spreadsheets and administrative systems to streamline operations and support our team effectively.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gladys also finds time to pursue her passions outside of work. An avid gamer, she enjoys immersing herself in the world of Call of Duty. Additionally, she finds relaxation and inspiration in watching anime. Adhering to a healthy lifestyle, Gladys actively participates in physical activities at any opportunity, frequently cherishing quality time with her sister and friends.

Claire is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Her academic training has provided her with a solid understanding of financial accounting principles, including financial statement analysis and budgeting.

Before joining our team in November 2024, Claire honed her skills as a Secretary at 4CV Electrical Services from June 2020 to September 2024. In this role, she was responsible for processing payroll, maintaining an up-to-date billing system, completing payroll reports, managing bills receivable, ensuring the accuracy of accounting data, and issuing receipts for services rendered. This experience allowed Claire to develop practical skills in bookkeeping, data management, and administrative support, all of which contribute to her effectiveness in her current role.

Claire is a motivated and results-driven professional, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Her attention to detail ensures that tasks are completed accurately, and she is proficient in using spreadsheets for various tasks. Her dedication to excellence makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys collecting shoes and jackets and appreciates the beauty of city lights and nature. These hobbies reflect her passion for aesthetics, organization, and quality. Above all, Claire cherishes her family and friends, whose unwavering support has played a crucial role in her personal and professional journey.
